Account Data Retention

We retain your account data for the period required by applicable law and as described in Section 8. You may request a copy of your stored data at any time through the email support channel.

Our site uses functional and analytics cookies. By accepting these terms you consent to cookie use as described in our Cookie Notice, which you can withdraw or adjust from your browser settings at any time.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We use encrypted sessions and two-factor authentication prompts to protect your account; report any suspected unauthorised access to us immediately.

Withdrawal Verification

Before processing a withdrawal to your UPI or PhonePe handle, we verify your identity in line with Section 5. Completed verifications are processed within the timeframe stated in your account wallet section.

Amendments and Notification

When we amend these terms we post the revised document here and email your registered address seven days in advance. The change log at the foot of this page records the date and nature of every material revision.

Dispute Resolution Contact

Raise a formal dispute by emailing our compliance address with your account ID and the relevant transaction reference. We acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours and resolve them per Section 11.

These terms apply to every person who opens an account on tipico.club. Access is subject to local law and is available only where local law permits. Creating an account confirms that you have read and accepted these terms in full.

We will post the updated terms on this page and send a notification to your registered email at least seven days before the changes take effect. Using your account after that date means you accept the new version of the terms.

Section 4 sets out the rules for all deposits, including those made via UPI, Paytm and PhonePe. Deposits are credited subject to our verification checks and the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

Yes. Under Section 8 you may request a copy of your stored account data at any time by emailing our support team with your account ID. We will fulfil the request within the period stated in that section.

Email our compliance address with your account ID and the transaction reference number. We acknowledge formal disputes within 48 hours and work toward resolution under the procedure described in Section 11 of these terms.

You must keep your password and any two-factor authentication codes confidential. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, notify us immediately so we can freeze the account and investigate.

Yes. Section 9 allows us to suspend or close accounts that breach conduct rules, including fraudulent activity, multiple account creation or any misuse of payment facilities like UPI or PhonePe on the platform.
